Incentive Programs

We seek to reward our students for consistently great performance in our classrooms...

Monthly Raffle Tickets

Raffle tickets are given every class based on proper completion of homework assignments or in-class after satisfactory performances on quizzes, tests or other such activities. Every month many prizes (usually upwards of twenty!) are Raffled off - just complete your homework and do well on tests and your chances of winning are endless!

Scholarship Awards

Scholarship Awards (half-off or even tuition-free lessons!) are awarded to those students who are performing at the highest levels.

International Activities

PowerMath students have unique opportunities to go on international trips for cultural exchanges and competitions. There is usually a minimum level requirement for attendance and participation in these competition teams - so work hard and someday you will also get to tote your abacus around the world! Some of our students represented PowerMath as delegates to the Chinese American Abacus Association's Summer 2007 Competition Team which went to Japan for this year's World Cup and Taiwan for further competitions and some fun touring.
